Very confusing - I Gave Up

:
This program is the most confusing app of any I have owned. The instructions are terrible. I am computer savvy and I swear that I could not figure out this app. I THINK I finally got it to do what I wanted -- guessing what to do all the way, even with the instructions -- and it then seemed equally abysmal in operation. How to proceed, what to do next, etc. NOTHING IS EVEN REMOTELY INTUITIVE.

The 100 push-ups program is ridiculously focussed on the 100 pushup goal regardless of how one is testing or progressing, but at least it can be figured out. 1 star, MAX.
